Contestants competing in a UCSC event must sign a waiver statement releasing the UCSC from any liability associated with equestrian sports

*the waiver is part of the event sign-up sheet

Please have packet completed & present day of tryouts

Arena Rentals must be approved by the UCSC please contact the Club Secretary for rental approval

Applications are to be received or postmarked on or before April 1st of the applicants graduating year
